Interested in Joining?

AFJROTC is among the greatest opportunities offered to students at Deep Run High School. The program fosters self-reliance and leadership skills in all its cadets. Emphasis is also placed upon developing an appreciation for physical fitness and discipline through biweekly PT (Physical Training). Joining AFJROTC in no way entails joining the military, and you can drop the course as you wish. AFJROTC cadets are required to wear their uniforms most weeks, as uniform inspections and PT participation make up a significant portion of a cadet's grade. AFJROTC also includes an academic curriculum, mostly pertaining to Aerospace Science and History.
